Every DVine hens experience is tailored to the group — but here are two of our favourite ways to build a day in Coffs Harbour.
Morning: We pick up the entire group from your accommodation in our comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. The bride is greeted with a flute of something cold and bubbly. The playlist is already going. The Fun Director (that’s our name for our host — more concierge than driver) has everything under control.
Mid-morning: A leisurely stroll through the Coffs Harbour Jetty precinct, one of the most beautiful stretches on the coast. On market days, this is pure magic — local makers, artisan food, handmade treasures, and the kind of atmosphere that makes everyone slow down and smile. The Fun Director knows where to stop and where to keep moving.
Lunchtime: A grazing spread in a beautiful setting. No splitting bills, no reading menus, no figuring out what’s included. We handle all of it. This is the part where everyone finally exhales.
Afternoon: Critters Distillery for spirit tastings and a behind-the-scenes look at small-batch distilling, or Woopi Brewing Co. for tasting paddles in a relaxed, welcoming space. The Fun Director reads the group and adjusts the afternoon pace to match the energy.

Morning: Head into the Orara Valley in Coffs for a pick-and-sip experience — fresh local produce, seasonal flowers, beautiful outdoor setting, grazing and sipping at the group’s own pace. Relaxed, unhurried, and genuinely gorgeous.
Late Morning: A visit to the Orara Valley Magic Pools — one of the most spectacular spots in the region that most visitors never find. Natural rock pools set into smooth sandstone, surrounded by forest, with water so clear it barely looks real. We time the visit for when the light is best, and the group has time to swim, explore, and take the kind of photos that look like they were shot on location for a travel magazine.
Lunchtime: A proper sit-down lunch at one of our favourite local spots The Coramba Hotel, chosen for the setting as much as the food.
Afternoon: A wellness session at Refined Recovery to balance the celebrations with something restorative — recovery treatments, relaxation, and the kind of care that makes everyone feel genuinely looked after. This is a perfect way to close a hens day. The group leaves feeling celebrated rather than just tired.
Drop-off: Refreshed, glowing, and already planning when to come back.

Book early. The best weekends in Coffs — particularly from October through March — fill up fast. If you have a date in mind, locking in your DVine experience early guarantees availability and takes the biggest planning task off the maid of honour’s list immediately.
Tell us about the bride. Is she an outdoorsy, swim-in-a-rock-pool kind of woman? Does she love cocktails and distilleries? Is she more wellness and recovery, or breweries and grazing boards? The more you tell us, the better we can tailor the day to her.
Think about the group’s pace. Some groups want to move, explore, and pack the day with experiences. Others want long lunches and slow afternoons. We’ll read the room on the day, but it helps to know the vibe in advance.
Think about the group size. DVine hens experiences work beautifully for groups from 6 to 20+. Our vehicles and experiences are designed for groups — nobody gets left behind, nobody has to drive, everyone stays together.
Consider a two-day option. If the group is coming from out of town, a Friday arrival and Saturday experience makes the most of the trip. The Magic Pools and the Jetty markets pair beautifully across two mornings, with cocktail making and the distillery rounding out an afternoon.

How far in advance should I book? We recommend at least 4–6 weeks ahead for smaller groups, and 8–12 weeks for larger groups or popular dates. For peak summer weekends, earlier is always better.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements? Absolutely. Let us know when you book and we’ll make sure every part of the day works for the whole group — including the grazing and lunch choices.

What if someone in the group doesn’t drink? No problem at all.
